These days D is reading a lot of animal based books and the one on "marine animals" is becoming quiet her favourite.
Taking inspiration from it, I decided to make the Octopus family for her.. The title only says what my daughter says in her sweet Toddler voice!
"Mumma, daddy and baby"
I didnt know what to expect after giving them there...But they sure survived (being made of paper), are being loved, swung around, made to dance, crushed a bit too (what do you expect from a toddler) and talked to!
Yay! High five!! She's loving them :)
I guess this is what pretend play is all about and I'm happy she has something original and non-plastic!
